Ayvac\u0131k il\u00e7esinde d\u00fczenlenmesi planlanan \u201cBahar \u015eenli\u011fi\u201d, iki farkl\u0131 kurumun ayn\u0131 tarihte organizasyon yapmak istemesi nedeniyle krize d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc.<\/p>\n

Ayvac\u0131k Ziraat Odas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n her y\u0131l geleneksel olarak d\u00fczenledi\u011fi \u015fenlik, bu y\u0131l Ankara merkezli Ayvac\u0131kl\u0131lar Derne\u011fi\u2019nin de ayn\u0131 tarihte etkinlik talebinde bulunmas\u0131yla kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131. \u0130l\u00e7ede yakla\u015f\u0131k 6 bin \u00e7ift\u00e7iyi temsil eden 43 mahalle muhtar\u0131 ve delegeler, taraflara \u201c\u015fenli\u011fi birlikte d\u00fczenleyelim\u201d \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 yapt\u0131.<\/p>\n

Ayvac\u0131kl\u0131lar Derne\u011fi, 18 \u015eubat 2026 tarihinde Ayvac\u0131k Belediyesi\u2019ne ba\u015fvurarak \u015fenlik d\u00fczenlemek istedi. Ziraat Odas\u0131 ise 16 Nisan 2026\u2019da Ayvac\u0131k Kaymakaml\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019na izin ve yer tahsisi talebinde bulundu. Her iki kurumun da etkinli\u011fi il\u00e7e merkezindeki Ayhan \u015eahenk Meydan\u0131\u2019nda planlamas\u0131, daha \u015fenlik yap\u0131lmadan tart\u0131\u015fmaya neden oldu.<\/p>\n

Belediyenin, derne\u011fin \u015eubat ay\u0131nda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ba\u015fvuruya uzun s\u00fcre yan\u0131t vermemesi; buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k Ziraat Odas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n ba\u015fvurusuna k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f yap\u0131lmas\u0131 dikkat \u00e7ekti. Kurumlar\u0131n farkl\u0131 mercilere ba\u015fvurmas\u0131 ise koordinasyon eksikli\u011fi olarak yorumland\u0131.<\/p>\n

Kaymakaml\u0131k, ayn\u0131 alanda birden fazla etkinlik d\u00fczenlenemeyece\u011fini belirterek tahsislerin \u201ce\u015fitlik ve hakkaniyet ilkeleri do\u011frultusunda, ba\u015fvuru \u00f6nceli\u011fine g\u00f6re\u201d yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131.<\/p>\n
